Ashley Elles

Food and Environment Campaign Organizer
Ashley works with UCS members, supporters, activists, and experts to build support for the campaign efforts of the Food and Environment Program, with a focus on innovative and creative outreach tactics that contribute to tangible steps toward a more sustainable agricultural policy. Prior to joining UCS, Ashley worked on child nutrition policy with the school lunch company Revolution Foods. She has also researched agriculture and climate change issues for the Institute for Food and Development Policy/Food First.
