Joshua Goldman

Lead Policy Analyst, Clean Vehicles Program

Joshua leads legislative and regulatory campaigns to help develop and advance policies that reduce U.S. oil use, including the production of clean cellulosic biofuels, improved vehicle fuel efficiency, and support for electric vehicles. Prior to joining UCS, Joshua served as an associate director of federal policy for the New York governor in Washington, DC, and has also worked on a wide range of conservation issues for the EPA, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
