The Pennsylvania legislature passed a $650 million energy fund. This gives Pennsylvania a national (and international) competitive advantage as the state seeks to attract more clean energy businesses and jobs. The bill includes grants and loans for solar installation, deployment and manufacturing of other clean energy technologies, and energy efficiency.
Urge the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Transportation to ensure a strong, effective national clean car standard.
