guide What's Happening in Your State?
Energy issues vary widely from one state to the next. Differences in climate, natural resources, and political and regulatory attitudes have all affected energy decisions. And traditionally, most electricity issues have been decided at the state, not federal, level.
There is a great deal of information on the web about energy issues in different states -- and it's growing all the time. This page will point you to valuable state level energy resources on the web. In areas where UCS has been active, we include our own information. Be sure to check the UCS Web Action Center for activist alerts that tell how you can get involved.
