- All slides are in MS PowerPoint format
All the slides on the findings of the IPCC's TAR are in a Microsoft PowerPoint format. Detailed background information and talking points for each slide are provided in the "Notes Page" view in PowerPoint. Also included in the "Notes Page" of each slide is a reference to the source of the slide.
- Please acknowledge UCS's help
Please acknowledge the Union of Concerned Scientists' assistance in the preparation of your presentation. For this purpose, we have included an acknowledgment slide in sections 1, 2, and 3.
- Using the slides and accompanying notes
The order of the slides can be viewed and easily changed in the Slide Sorter view.
The slides in these files can be shown directly from your computer using a computer projector. Alternatively, you may print the slides on a slidemaker and have them developed so that they can be shown with a slide projector. The slides can also be printed as overheads. [Be sure to choose the correct option in the Page Setup menu of PowerPoint (On-screen Show, 35mm Slides, or Overhead) before printing, shooting, or showing slides.]
The background information that accompanies each graphic can be printed by choosing "Print Notes" in the Printer dialogue box.
