Dr. Moomaw is Emeritus Professor of international environmental policy and founding director of the Center for International Environment and Resource Policy at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. He currently serves as co-director of the Global Development and Environment Institute at Tufts, which he co-founded. A member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, he publishes articles on climate and energy policy, and links among science, technology, economics, and policy strategies. He serves on boards of several organizations committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving ecosystems, and promoting sustainable energy systems.
