Cheryl oversees UCS finances, human resources, office management, and information technology. She brings to her work a lifelong commitment to social justice, a passion for activism, and a belief in the potential of people acting together to create powerful approaches to social issues. Prior to joining UCS, Cheryl was the associate director of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, a research and education center focused on corporate social responsibility. She has also served as the deputy director of The AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts (1989 – 2001) and as executive director of District 925 of the Service Employees International Union.
