In spite of the ever more dire news about our climate and environment, Darcy's always heartened after an NAB meeting by the knowledge that so many sharp minds are working towards progress and change. She's always compelled to share what she's learned with her young adult children, since it's vital that they be aware of new developments. She also spends a lot of time volunteering in different capacities to ensure access to reproductive health care.
