Katherine Yelle is the senior outreach coordinator for the Global Security Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. In her role, she works to help communities be safe and just spaces where all voices are heard and represented.
Prior to joining UCS, Katherine worked for the Arizona Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee as an organizing director, and as a program manager for Planned Parenthood. She earned a BA in philosophy and a BS in women’s studies from Northern Arizona University.
