As Science Network manager for the Union of Concerned Scientists, Shreya works to expand the reach and breadth of the network, diversify the ways scientists can engage on issues they care about through UCS, and develop trainings and engagement opportunities tailored to early-career scientists. Prior to joining UCS, Shreya was a program and training specialist with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, where she provided training to programs aimed at improving infant health. Before that, she was a program manager at the American Academy of Pediatrics, supporting research efforts and coordinating educational and advocacy programming around child health outcomes. Shreya has a B.A. in chemistry from Washington and Lee University.
