Tucker Taft

Tucker is VP of Language Research at AdaCore. His specialties include programming language design, advanced static analysis tools, formal methods, real-time systems, parallel programming, and model- based development. Tucker has had board-level involvement for several decades with the Lexington Montessori School (Lexington, MA), Hawken School (Cleveland, OH), and the Jackson Laboratory (Bar Harbor, ME). He is an avid masters track and field athlete, and was a member in the past year of two national-record-setting relay teams (4x100 and 4x400) for his age group. He is thrilled to be a first- time grandparent as of December 2019. Tucker is passionate about protecting our planet, and our democracy, with evidence-based approaches as our guide.
